Songfest Drive

Young Couple and 3 pets (2 dogs, 1 cat) looking for reliable and easy going roommate. We just bought our house in Downey Ca and are looking to rent the spare room. It is newly done with fresh paint and floors, ready for move in. The windows are outdated and will be updated later, in the meantime they have new screens being put on. A little about us. We are 26 and 30, working professionals. We work 5 days a week and spend our evenings enjoying a nice glass of wine and catching up on our favorite shows. On the weekends we work on fixing up our house, but don’t worry we are not early birds so you wont be woken up by loud noises in the morning. We are very relaxed and aren’t into any kind of drama. A little about the house/neighborhood. Like I mentioned we spend most of our time fixing up our house, it needs some updating and we do everything on our own. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Kitchen, living room, and big backyard, all of which you will have full access to. We chose to buy this house because its in a great neighborhood! It’s very quiet on our street, sometimes to quiet lol. The neighborhood is very safe, you can enjoy late night walks and not have to worry about a thing, we take our dogs for walk late and we have never had any bad encounters and are completely comfortable. The neighbors are great, very friendly. We are looking for a female roomie and are also gay friendly. We require someone who would be respectable to our home and our pets as they are very important to us. If you are respectful of us we will be respectful of you.
