About the Home Superbly situated on an exceptionally quiet block in the heart of Rockridge, this is a duplex of sorts where I live in the downstairs apartment and the owners of the home live in the upstairs apartment.

I am a student looking for another female roommate to share this downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

The apartment is 2BD/1BA in ~1500 sq feet. This space, accessible by its own garden entrance, boasts a charming kitchen with views, built-in hallway bar area, vast open living/dining room, and main bedroom. With its own dedicated outdoor garden terrace tucked just out of sight off the corner of the house, this wonderful space offers a peaceful environment.

Home is fully furnished including Bed, office desk, 2 sofas, stocked kitchen, armoires and west elm shelves, decorations, and TV.

Other Features 10-12 min walk to Rockridge Bart, Market Hall, College Avenue Restaurants and Shops, Trader Joes 10 min bike ride to Lake Temescal Washer Dryer in shared space with home owners ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN RENT - Cable, Internet, Water, Trash, Electricity, Gas included in rent (subject to a baselining period). Central Heating but no AC Expansive views Built in 1922 with enormous history, including President Herbert Hoover staying in the space you would be renting. Plenty of street parking in front of the home

Application Process

1. All supporting documents such as pay-stubs, IDs, current and past rental history with phone numbers must be attached to the application

2. Application fee of $50 for background checks, etc. will not be refunded. Please only apply if truly interested.

3. Square Footage of ~1500 is approximate. Pictures of furniture might change so we encourage you to come see the space before applying. Your lease agreement will be with the owners of the home, and you will need to meet with them and me.

4. We take applications on a first come/first serve basis based on qualification

5. If selected, a deposit to hold the space will be required equal to 1.5x rent.

6. We can structure the lease to be min 6 months, or 1 year (pricing is based on 1 yr lease)

7. Proof of renters insurance will be required.

Student living in the downstairs apartment of a beautiful 1920s estate with the owners living upstairs. Owners are great people with small kids so make sure you like kids. Great family, safe, responsible, and fair! Looking for a good fit with me and the family.
