Hi! I’m looking for a third roomate but temporarily. My partner and I are both actresses and working on current projects of our own which require a lot of time and we’re funding them on our own which is why we’re looking for a roomate temporarily. The $850 includes your half of rent and all utilities (gas, trash, water, cable, phone, internet) this is a Steal!. The apartment is over 1,000 sq. ft. and really cute and modern. You will have access to kitchen and half of the fridge to use in addition to microwave, oven, and stove. We share the main bathroom but we’re very very clean and there’s a half bathroom by the living room where you will be, you’ll have access to both. The living room is very spacious and you can easily put up a divider. It is furnished but we can move what you don’t need out of the way. We Might be willing to work with your budget if you can also make a deposit. Perfect for a busy person or student. Someone who is in between apartments and looking for a relaxed vibe then this is the place for you. Amenities include gym, pool, and jacuzzi. There’s great street parking, one of us uses the garage spot and the other parks on the street daily its right in front of house so easy. Neighbors are nice but yes they pay attention and the area is very family friendly. Not looking for someone who like heavy traffic of company or someone whos seeking roomates as companions although if you’re cool we’re open to making new friends. We’re not judgmental so if you’re 420 friendly that’s fine but absolutely No other form of drugs or users aloud. It’s great if you’re normal, music is fine, we love to eat and if we cook we will probably offer but please be able to provide your own, and its totally normal to speak in the morning. Can’t be crazy or a thief and you need to have good hygiene, if this isn’t you just don’t apply. We’re chill I promise, just want the right match. Thanks
