Updated condo 0.5 mile from the beach. Own room (unfurnished), private half bath, entire 2car garage, shared living room and kitchen. In unit washer dryer + water paid for. I don’t mind if you have guest over just give me 24 heads up & if they aren’t on the lease they should be there more then we are.
About the roomies
Old roommate is moving out, but this place is way too nice to leave so now I’m looking for a new roommate to fill the room! I work from home sometimes but am normally out. I have a 8 year old golden retriever most the time but she pretty much just sleeps all day. I am very clean but not OCD.
