Hello I am looking to rent one of our room from my apartment my daughter does not want to sleep in her own room so I’m looking for a well educated female that does not drink nor smoke, I need her to be super responsible and clean. needs to show proof of work and needs to work full time. The rent is $800 no pets (sorry) you will get your own room with walk in closet your own private bathroom, utilities are included, has washer and dryer in unit you will get 1 day out of the week to wash and dry you will get to choose which date, air-conditioning, you will have access to our gated pool and gym that we have here in the apartment in the pool area there is a BBQ provided. Wifi will not be included. This apartment is three floors we are in the second floor. It’s super convenient to live in these apartments you are close to all shopping centers close to the mall, movie theater, freeways 5 north and south, 5-10 min away from College of the Canyons, minutes away from hurricane harbor and six flags.
