3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo with room for rent. This room is huge, can be split into a living area and bedroom and is very comfortable. 2 closets for alot of storage. Small back yard but there’s tons of outdoor, grassy space in front of the condo. Parking spaces are first come first serve and street parking is available also.

A couple in their mid 20s and their sweet dog are looking for a roomie. Both working professionals as a dental assistant and fire fighter. Quiet and laid back, occasionally will have people over for drinks on a weekend. Active and like to spend time at the beach or cooking and bbqing at home.
