Hi there, this is a 1350 sq ft (25“ W x55“ L) with 3 private rooms (2 large rooms ~200 sq ft without closet space, 1 seemingly smaller-sized room with closet space) in a mostly unfurnished house.
The house is located in the artsy trendy Bushwick at Wilson Ave and DeKalb Ave, close to L (DeKalb) and M (Central). A few stop away from Williamsburg (L), Union Square (L), Midtown (M, 456), Downtown Brooklyn/Pratt/BAM/NYU Tandon/Trader Joe’s (B38 Limited Bus), just a few blocks away from Maria Hernandez Park (the Central Park of Bushwick?) with many good restaurants and events happening always – as well as 4-5 supermarkets to choose from including a Key Food by the Post Office, and Mr. Lemon.
Safety is important these days, and the Bushwick natives and new residents in this area are both friendly and caring. In addition, there is a police administrative office (not a precinct) across the street, a police car park around the corner, and a well-lit street with many businesses nearby.
The space is clean and very quiet, with a very large living room.
All utilities and WiFi are included in the price, but we hope you are as environmentally as us :)
Available now. If you are interested, please send me a message, my pictures are very realistic, they are taken with a regular lens (not a wide-angle lens), so if you are already in the city, come take a look in person.
Thanks!
