About the House

Our house is large and in a well-situated, safe, quiet and lovely neighborhood in the West Slope Neighborhood in Tacoma. We have a huge yard, big deck, large garden space and an awesome view of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountain range. There is an on-site laundry room, lots of windows, natural light, fireplace, and fire-pit in the backyard!

Location, Location, Location! We are conveniently located within 5-15 minutes of: The Awesome 6th Avenue restaurants, Chambers Bay Golf Course, Titlow Park & Beach, Pt. Defiance, University of Puget Sound (UPS), University of Washington- Tacoma, (UWT), and downtown Tacoma. We are within 2 miles of: Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Fred Meyer.

This lower 1/2 of the house/daylight basement rents for $1,250 plus $100 for these utilities: water, sewer, garbage, recycling, electricity. This is a separate space (approx 800 sq feet) from the rest of the house and includes its own kitchen, large living room, dining room and 2 entrance/exits. Housemates are responsible for the yard work - all tools are supplied
