We live in a very sought after neighborhood in Virginia Beach. Pembroke Manor (Walking distance from Town Center). The property is in an established neighborhood. We do have a two year old pool with a very nice deck built around it. As well as a two year old hot tub. We also have a work out room. We have new carpeting that was installed in March of 2017 throughout the house. We remove our shoes at the front door. We also have central air and heat. We have a Bbq area as well. To include a firepit area too. Other ammenities include front load washer and dryer, and kitchen. You must have a clean criminal background check! You must also have a fulltime stable job. Pay one month rent in advance and pay rent on time. We do not smoke. If you smoke you must smoke outside. An occassional social drink is fine but we do not want excessive drinking and of course no drugs. The room for rent has a walk in closet and a second closet that we turned into a desk. You will understand when you see it. Out of respect for others work schedules we ask that any guest you have over leaves by 10 p.m. during tje week and by midnight on Friday and Saturday. We are very honest people. Very family oriented and are looking for the same in return. Don’t get me wrong we are fun loving people. Love to socialize and have great sense of humor.
