Bedroom in a 2bd 1ba available with flexible move-in date - the lease ends August 31 with option to renew for 12 months (I will be staying). This is not a sublet, you will need to pass a credit and income check and join the lease a co-lessee. Prefer another single male but would be open to considering a female roommate.

My favorite things about the space are the private terrace with a dog park view, well lit rooms with large windows, the new appliances, and the ample storage space.

Common space is fully furnished. I’m willing to share my things (indoor and outdoor furniture, Smart TV, Nintendo Switch, record player, etc) with someone who uses them respectfully. Keeping the space clean is a top priority for me - the way you see it in the pictures is how I aim to keep it all the time, within reason.

The bedroom pictured is open - moving my desk out soon, so the room will be empty and move-in ready.

Rent is $1,415 each per month with parking (personal parking spot), heat, and electric included. Just need first month’s rent and a refundable $500 security deposit to move in. Utilities are an additional $10-$15 per month total. Laundry facility is on site and shared with other units.
