Spencer's room

Hello!!

I have a room opening up in my duplex apartment in San Francisco, October 1st. I’m right off of Lincoln way, across from gg park (Sunset, but closer to 19th ave) Nice place in a great location. One of my housemates is moving out at the end of September, so I’m looking to fill their spot with someone that is clean, respectable, and responsible.

Their room would be $1050, Comcast/PG&E is separate. Should come out to about $150 - $180 additional a month. Room is roughly 12 x 12, 1 bathroom but it is split, toilet in one room & shower/sink in the other. There isn’t laundry on site, but there is a great laundromat a block away.

Would definitely like to find someone who is a good fit. No pets, no couples. I will ask for proof of income and there is a $750 deposit.

To give you a little info about me, I’m in my early 30s, and I work in commercial film/television. I work mostly from home, but occasionally on set in various places with weird/long hours those days typically. I usually spend my weekends exploring the city with my gf/watching movies. Chill guy, easy going, clean and respectful.

The other housemate is in his mid 20’s, works in the legal realm, and is working on their pilots license. They’re also LGBTQ.

We both get a long really well, occasionally go bowling together and/or grab a drink nearby.

Definitely looking for someone that will mesh well with us both, and has a good attitude all around.
