Looking to fill the room April 1st and the lease is up Oct. 1st. No month to months please! Three bedroom, two bath duplex. The room available shares a bathroom with one other roommate. The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry unit. There is parking available.

We are two 19 year old girls looking for a third roommate! We’re both very outgoing and spend most of our time when we’re not working outside at the beach or hiking! We like to keep the shared spaces of the house clean and tidy. We also have a small non shedding small dog named Teddy who is extremely friendly and very well trained.
