Good area in Tracy, close to Raley’s, local restaurants, gyms, nail salons, banks, fast food, gas stations & freeway if you’re commuting.

You’ll have your own room & your bathroom is in the hall. Room has sliding door that connects to small patio. Closet is a sliding door as well, w Mirrors on it. If extra space is needed, there is a hallway closet. Full kitchen equipped, & living room to lounge in.

This is a 2b 2b apartment. Everything is split evenly down the middle. We don’t pay for water or trash here. Only PG&E, rent, & the xfinity bill for Wi-Fi. The PG&E doesn’t usually get too pricey, especially when it’s split. You’ll have your own cabinet space as well to use as your pantry that has about 3 shelves. (I use the other cabinet, same size, for my pantry stuff). I only have 1 parking spot, it’s usually 1st come 1st serve, but I am okay w communicating on schedules so I can save a spot for you.

It’s a peaceful community that I live in. Very friendly neighbors, and we have people who take care of the property everyday, like mowing the lawn, planting new flowers, etc. We also have a pool area as well, which will be perfect for summer. I’m a 27 year old college gradute who is a server full time. I’m usually at work, and if not, I’ll be at home, or out with friends. I do like to have company still and you would be more than welcome to invite your company as well. I make sure to be considerate of my roommate however and I expect the same respect in return to enjoy a comfortable living space. I am all about being considerate for others! :)
