The address listed is not the actual address. The neighborhood expanded and the expansion is where my house is located. However it unfortunately does not yet show up on GPS.

The house is brand new, and well maintained. You will have access to one bedroom and a second bedroom that has been converted into a “bonus living space” with a futon. It also has a private bathroom. Brand new washer and dryer are available for use.

I am a young professional working male in my 20’s looking for someone to rent one of my rooms in my owner occupied home. Preferably another male in their 20’s. I am quiet and clean and generally keep to myself, easy to get along with! And am looking for the same.
