I have a bedroom available with private bath. Looking for a very clean and organizing female roommate. its a 3bedroom and 3 bathroom townhouse central heating,AC, laundry inside the unit. myself and my roommate are living currently. looking for one more roomie :)

We got all the cookware n dinnerware new and you are welcome to use instead of getting your own stuff bcoz we will have no much space in kitchen😊

Rent will be $750 + $300 deposit [will be refundable according to the usage] + including utilities Note: I need to get carpet wash so waiting on it.. room will be available from mid march.
