Mount Alifan Drive

Hello! We have a room for rent in our super cozy condo and we are looking for an awesome female roommate. The condo is tri-story with 2 rooms on the bottom floor, the kitchen and living room on the main floor and 2 additional bedrooms on the top floor. The room available for rent is on the third floor and shares a bathroom with the other room on the top floor. It is a good sized bedroom with a sliding door mirrored closet. Also, the bedroom over looks our little patio. Our patio is great for anyone who has a bike they would like to store! We also have a bonfire pit that you are more than welcome to use with friends. The room is $700/month plus about $90 per month in water, utilities and WIFI. We have a washer dryer in our condo also which is a great perk! You also have access to our community pool and gym that are short walk away. We are walking distance to Target, Vons, Rite Aid and basically every restaurant you could ever want. We are only an 8 minute drive to PB and 15 minutes from Downtown! We are looking for a female roommate that has a steady income, mature, easy to get along with and clean. No drugs or bringing parties back to the house. We still enjoy going out on occasions though :) The lease ends August 31st of 2018 and we are looking for someone who can commit till then at least.

About the roommates: 3 females! Ages: 22, 23 and 26. 22 year old is a bartender at a very fancy hotel and a full time student. She is the sweetest and will make you feel welcomed right away! I am 23 years old and work as an executive assistant and marketing coordinator for a mortgage company. I love working out and spending time with my girl friends and boyfriend. The 26 year old is a full time 9th grade English teacher. She is very easy going and enjoys going on runs around Mission Beach. We are all outgoing and get along really well. We would love to find someone who is a great fit and would be up for a taco Tuesday together or maybe a night of cooking dinner and sipping wine!
