The room is a one bed with it’s own restroom off hallway in a 2bd 2bath. Prefer someone vaccinated and boosted. Looking for someone to take lease from May 2022 until August 2022 with option to renew. Your roomie is in her 30s and a landscape architect. She works for a local landscape architecture firm in Clovis and is in the office M-F. She enjoys spending time cooking, watching shows, and talking to her family. She generally keeps to herself or is open to hanging out as well. She plans on moving out May 31st.
