North 21st Street

LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE!!! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment (first floor of a house) in Church Hill. I am taking over the lease from a friend and need a roommate to take the second bedroom! The house was recently renovated and the kitchen is really nice! The kitchen/living room area is a big open concept space. There’s big walk in closets in the bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer. It’s walking distance to VCU’s MCV campus and really close to Jefferson park and all the fun bars and things in Shockoe Bottom. Street parking is free, and the street is quiet and residential. Lease would start in June or July.

A little about me: I’m from New Jersey originally, and I graduated from Virginia Tech last year (GO HOKIES)! I’m a grad student now at VCU, and my life philosophy is work hard, play hard. I study hard, but I also love going out, traveling, and hiking/camping! I have two guinea pigs that would live with us, named Mo and Jade :) I also have a boyfriend who’s in grad school at Tech, so he’ll be over a lot on weekends!

I’m hoping to find a roommate who would want to be friends, go out together once covid is finally over, be down to host parties, and hopefully watch the bachelor with me. Must be neat/clean in common spaces, 420 friendly, and bring good vibes to the space!
