South Pleasant Valley Road

This apartment complex is super cute! Amenities include a pool with a deck (partied are hosted there pretty regularly- but our building is far enough away that it’s not a disturbance), a gym, yoga classes on the weekend, bingo nights where you can win up to $300 off of rent and many others! The apartment itself is a 2x2 so you’d have your own private bathroom. We are 420 & pet friendly, though we do not have any pets. The apartment has a washer and dryer as well as a gas stove (if you like cooking). My boyfriend and I live in the other room we are both very quiet and respectful and spend the majority of the time we are home in our room other than cooking.
