I have a room available. I bought the house in May 2016, I had friends rent from me for a few months and they moved out in the last year time-frame. I realized that I don’t need two empty bedrooms so I decided that I would rent out my two additional rooms. Since then I have had a few random short-term tenants rent from me

I am 26 years, Central Michigan grad, IT consultant works from 8-7ish daily and workout most mornings, therefore, I am hardly home on the weekdays and weekends vary. I have no pets, and I don’t smoke. I am not looking for a best friend per se, just some civilized people living together that get along.

I’ve had plenty of roommates (both male and female) over the years and I’ve learned a lot from each. I haven’t had too many issues and if something comes up I believe I can quickly resolve the issue.

The house is about a mile from downtown Royal Oak in a quiet neighborhood. I’ve attached a few pictures of the house. Rent would be $650 a month with all utilities included (Gas, Electrical, Internet, and water). I essentially do a month to month lease as it works best for best both parties if this a problem we can discuss it and work something out.
