Sabrina's room

The house is already furnished with the exception of your private room. We have two cats Azula and Sweet Pea. Laundry is on site. Central heating and plenty of storage. There is a pool and a hot tub. The new roommate will be sharing a bathroom. We are about 10 minutes from the beach. 5 minutes from two freeways and located on the cross street Oceanside BLVD and El Camino Real. We are about 3 minutes away from Target and Winco and plenty of places to eat.

My roommate (Vinny) will be leaving next month to have a space with his friends. I provide a safe and quiet place for people to reside in. I work in a mental health facility and my roommate works with autistic children in a school setting. We are both very clean. We would love to talk to you and get to know you and we are flexible with the move in date!
