Hanbury Street

The house is 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and almost 2000 sq ft total. The room is 150 sq ft and has a fireplace (even though no one has used it yet). The bedroom is currently furnished but doesn’t have to be. The bathroom is shared with the other tenant and guests (the bathroom pictured). The common areas are the living room, kitchen, and backyard. We just got a jacuzzi in the back but trying to see how much it is going to cost to run it haha. We have a nice sitting area in the backyard as well and a bbq. All utilities are included and yes I have A/C and use it in the summer. I also include toiletries and kitchen supplies. You won’t have to purchase cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. Everything is included except your food and beauty products.Any other questions, just ask. Looking forward to meeting our new awesome roommate.

I am a divorced 47 year old mom who got the house in the divorce and I rent out 2 rooms to help me pay the mortgage. I live in a great area of Long Beach, 1 mile to LBCC and 3 miles to CSULB. My very sweet 10 yr old son is here 50% of the time. My 20 yr old daughter lives here as well. One of the roommates is also a 20 yr old female. Our 57 yr old female roommate is moving to Florida with her boyfriend. She has lived her for almost 2 years. We are sad to see her go but happy for her at the same time. We are pretty laid back but please clean up after yourself and be respectful. We do have drinks on occasion and even a small gathering once in a while. I do not mind if you smoke weed but I do ask that it stays outside
