Patio with concrete which is fenced off from the rest of the backyard (patio is connected to bedroom door).

Separate front entrance, own full bathroom, living room (55“ in Flat screen included).

Private washer and laundry unit inside suite.

Also access to the pool and jacuzzi. Conveniently, 1 minute walk away from the walking trail.

Looking to lease on a year-to-year basis.

No overnight guest. No illegal drugs or smoking of any kind. Renter’s insurance required. Water, electricity, gas, and waste management included.

Our home is owned by a small family. We do own one dog, so tenant must be comfortable with dogs. We are looking for a goal oriented tenant who is generally quiet, courteous, and respectful to the space provided. We respect personal space and will not encroach on your own space. Occasional gathering and social events may take place. You will be notified beforehand.
