Khelsa's room

It is a three bedroom apartment with the master bedroom available with a large walking closet and a bathroom connected. We share a kitchen and dining room/living room. It is a very safe neighborhood and I’ve never had any problems with theft of packages or any type of crime. I feel very safe here. You can feel free to decorate the common space as well and you room. I just ask that we all keep them clean and tidy and take care of messes as they happen. It is a shared space with shared responsibility. Utilities vary throughout the month but split three ways are usually between $75-100 monthly. Picture are of common space. Pictures and decor will be moved

I moved in August 2019 and am in the HCC nursing program. I am pretty busy with school and am often in Frederick with my boyfriend. The other roommate is moving out sometime late summer so I am going to be looking for another roommate then as well. She is very quiet and nice and easy to get along with but is only going to be here until late summer. I would prefer a female, but makes are also welcome. This is a great place for students and is about 8 mins from the college. I am looking for a clean, respectful roommate with clear communication.
