Hardwood floors throughout, carpet in bedrooms, 2 garage parking spots (not tandem), central AC, washer and dryer in bldg (you can pay with app), pool, jacuzzi, secure building with cameras in main lobby and mail room. 40“ TV in your room if you’d like. Good closet space with built in shelving and mirror doors. Balcony in living room and a good size one in yours.

Area is great - Griffith park up the street, Metro behind us takes you to DTLA/Hollywood/Universal, Ralph’s/Starbucks across the street and Thai Town for all the Thai food you want. Walking distance to Target at Sunset/Western. Los Feliz is one metro stop away. Very convenient, central location. Why I haven’t left!

35, M, army brat, UCF grad, full time at Apple (12 years), interested in music supervision for film/tv, want to learn photography and pick up guitar again. I’m clean, considerate and keep to myself mostly, so definitely prefer the same - if you want to hang out or watch movies together, cool, but not required. I just hit 7 years living in this apartment.

You:

• Full time job/student - Good credit/application required from mgmt company - $30

• No gender preference

• No hard drugs

• Not bringing living room furniture - only your bed/bath furnishings.

• Clean, mature, communicative - sharing of common household items and duties (paper towels, trash bags, dusting, etc). No parties. Common sense stuff when living with somebody else.

• I’ve had good luck over the years with like minded roommates. With that being said, preference is always to those who will stay for at least a year. I realize there’s a benefit to having flexibility, so I’ll offer 6 months at $1350, and 12 months at $1250. While we both have to be on the lease per mgmt, that’s just a formality- we will have our own roommate/payment agreement.
