Close to the University of Dallas, busline one block away, shopping nearby, McDonalds. Room has a NEW full size bed, new bedding. COLD AIR, separate unit in room (or not). Nice clean full BATHROOM (semi-private), close by. PRIVATE or street PARKING. Washer and dryer available for use, Wi-Fi, fast Internet. We will launder towels and bedding, clean the bathroom, and supply paper products. Bedroom is average size, has TWO closets, Extra STORAGE in hall and garage if needed. Use of kitchen and accessories, space in fridge, freezer, drawers, and cabinets. Separate fridge soon! Rent is $700 per month with all bills paid, $50 deposit.

We are a friendly, honest, easygoing couple who are respectful and thoughtful, so we would expect the same from you. One other roommate (woman) is hardly ever here. We’re QUIET homebodies who mostly watch movies and cook. Everyone here works, and I have a small home business, so I’m here most of the time. Also, we have a small, gentle, well-trained dog who NEVER barks and is very friendly. We prefer a clean, mature, responsible person who is easygoing and reasonable. No couples or partiers, please.
