Greetings You need only come with your suitcase in tote and relax in peace I have a 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom on the lower level (basement underground) of my home in the Highgrove Community located in White Plains, MD. I am looking to rent this space to 1 responsible, non-smoking Male or Female. You must be a, respectful, and a considerate tenant.

Application Fee: $150.00 (Non-Refundable) Credit Check: Investigated and the expense is covered in the application fee and is non-refundable.

Background Check: Investigated and the expense is covered in the application fee and is non-refundable.

Rent: $1,250.00/Monthly. Due at time of lease signing.

Deposit: $1,250.00/One-Time Fee due at time of lease signing. The fee is the same as rent and will cover last month’s rent upon 30-day notice to terminate and will not be refunded. No additional costs unless there is violation to the lease terms (home and/or furnishings).

Lease Term: Month-to-Month Preferred. However, flexible!!

Pets: No Pets Allowed

Furniture: No furniture Allowed (Unit is fully furnished)

Storage: Minimum Storage available for a few boxes only

The rental space is meant for “ONE” Single Professional Adult who is recently divorced seeking a fresh start and needs a quiet safe haven or perhaps traveling Nurses or Doctors.

The house is in the Highgrove Community off Billingsley Road in White Plains, MD. The rental space is approximately 1100 sq. feet on the lower level of my home and is fully furnished. All utilities (cable, Wi-Fi, Firestick, gas, electric, water, trash, sewage, and recycling) are included!!! The space includes private room, private bath, private dining and private living. There is also access to gym equipment on the lower level.

The living room furniture is a reclining leather burgundy sofa and matching loveseat. The dining room table is pub height, dark brown, rich in color with 4 pub height chairs. The queen sleigh bed is solid Amish wood and comes with one marbled top nightstand with and matching dresser with large oval mirror. The kitchen and laundry are located on the main floor of the home and is shared.

Accountant by day. Massage Therapist as a second career. Both careers worked from home.
