Ashe's room

Hi everyone, I’m a little overwhelmed with the amount of messages I’m getting, I am going to be on vacation for a few weeks but I will try to respond as quickly as I can. I should make these things clear: my dog is not dog/cat friendly, we are looking for one solo person to fill the room (it is a shared bathroom so one person is firm (no kids or couples)); if you are reading this then the room is still available. We are doing viewings so please include the days/times you’re available to see the room. I’ll go first, friday/saturday/sunday after 1pm are best for me. Two story house in a beautiful neighborhood near UCR. Upstairs bedroom available (10x10 with an additional 3 x 4.5 ft. alcove and an 8 x 2 ft. closet) freshly painted, with a shared bathroom. Shared bathroom has separate toilet/shower room and two sinks. There’s a downstairs powder room as backup. Room has 4 outlets. Amenities: refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, heating/air. Property has a backyard with a grill that you’re welcome to use, located on a cul-de-sac with security cameras covering the front, back and side yards. Great location with freeway access nearby and multiple detour options to get around the city. Day street shops an exit away, minutes from the Canyon Crest shops and a short drive from downtown. Sycamore Highlands Park is a 2-3 minute walk away, with stunning views of the city, Sycamore Canyon Wilderness trail access, and a convenient 1.3 mile path around the neighborhood that’s safe to walk (with plenty more options available). $23 for Spectrum internet 400mbps / utilities around $60-$80 monthly. Not wheelchair accessible. Deposit price is last months rent + $300 for deposit

Three current roommates: late 20s/early 30s. All vaccinated. Female roommate (29) is working from home part time/in-person part time. I have a dog and a lizard but they mind their own business. Your future shared bathroom mates: First male roommate (31) has a varied schedule but works at a local hospital full time (currently overnight). He plays video games and sleeps a lot. His girlfriend usually stays over one night a week when he’s off work. Third male roommate (33) is rarely here, he typically stops by to nap and/or shower for a couple hours once a month if that. Seriously, I haven’t seen him since December. Hope he ok. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
