Bedroom is furnished with dresser and desk along with full size mattress. Very spacious room. Full Use of the kitchen, washer, dryer and living space. Apartment amenities include pool, spa, clubhouse, gym, soccer field and tennis courts!

My kids went off to college so I’m an empty nester looking to rent the en-suite in my apartment. No couples or pets please, students are welcomed. I work full time so I am gone during the day. I enjoy hiking and pretty much any outdoor activity. I am clean, quiet and respectful of others privacy and would appreciate the same in a roommate.
