2 roomies looking to share a 1,600 sqft+ home with a clean, quiet, drama, and drug free (420 OK) 3rd. Looking for a longer term renter, 6 months or more. I am a professional, respectful, and easy going person, and so is my male renter!! The house is beautiful, and in a safe neighborhood on the golf course. A small pet welcome as long as they will get along with my 2 cats. Yard is not fenced. The house is spacious, 2 baths, with large common bath to share. (It’s the only bathtub, and I’d also use that from time to time) You’ll have a spacious room, 11’x13’ (unfurnished, or dresser and futon available) with nice sized closet. House has a two car garage, with plenty of storage, and laundry room. Lovely, large, brush enclosed backyard with Fire pit and screened in porch. Smoking is allowed outside. This is not a party house. This is a chill, relaxing environment for working professionals. Overnight visits of significant others will be limited to one or two nights a week, with exception of pre-approved out of town visitors. All visitors will be announced to all roommates before bringing them in, out of respect. House typically is quite by midnight.

$800 per month includes internet, electric, water and sewage, and lawn service. 1st/last/$400 security deposit $200 NR pet fee TOTAL IS DUE BEFORE MOVE IN!!! $2,000k no pet. $2,200k with pet.

You will need verified income of close to 3x rent, and to fill out application for credit/background check. Credit check is $25, but I will accept Credit Karma, or credit score app for verification.
