I’m looking for a quiet, friendly person (late 20s-30s) to share this dual master bedroom condo with 2 ½ bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. We have access to a pool and jacuzzi and get to enjoy beautiful views! You’ll get the assigned parking space. We have a neat patio garden area and are nicely situated near bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and just a couple short miles to the downtown oceanside area, the pier, and the harbor. The price is 1200 per month + utilities (month to month lease) and includes water, the parking place, and all pool and jacuzzi amenities. No pets or couples please. I require a background check, credit check, and credit score of 650 or above. Thank you!
