Looking for the right fit to share a bright, spacious beautiful 3BR Greenpoint apartment. Looking for a roommate to move in on April 1st.

Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3BR/2B/ 2 story duplex. The building is well maintained with furnished roof access, private patio, and views of the NYC / BK skylines.

The bedroom for rent is the largest of the 3 with heated floors, private patio access, and a private entrance. This room also shares access to the downstairs bathroom with 1 male roommate.

Bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead out to the private patio and tons of storage space.

The kitchen is well equipped and has all modern appliances with plenty of cabinet space and a pantry closet. Patio is furnished with a gas BBQ grille, plants, and furniture.

Living room is bright and airy with lots of plants and brand, stylishly modern new furniture. We have a Smart TV with access to HBO, Netflix, etc.

Two 33-year-old professionals (1 Male/1 Female) seeking a roommate that likes a meticulously clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and peaceful home, and who will help to keep the shared spaces cleanly as well as do their fair share of apartment maintenance. We both prefer a chill night at home rather than a crazy night out, and are looking for someone on a similar wavelength.

Downstairs living male works 9-5 from Southern California. He loves sports, decorating, and collecting records.

Upstairs living female works 9-5 from home and also teaches yoga. She enjoys yoga, traveling, and anything outdoors.

More plants welcome, unfortunately no animals.
