About the room
Hello, this is a “mother in law” room separate from the main house with own private entrance. This is a Sparks home on a cul-de-sac next to BLM land, and about 7 minutes from Vista and about 15 minutes from I-80. The area is very quiet except for coyotes howling at night. The room does not have an oven, but has a sink refrigerator and a washer dryer.
About the roomies
This home is occupied by two working adults. We like to maintain contact with our family with large dinners on holidays. The home generally isn’t loud but we do have three dogs and love having our nieces over.
