A new construction home built in 2017 located in a cul de sac. There isn’t too much in the area, there’s a Shell gas station and a Publix shopping center with a couple of other things near by. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. Theres a washer and dryer available and the bedroom has a queen size bed, a tall dresser, and a tv on the wall. Internet & the utilities are included in the rent. There’s no cable so I’d recommend a device (like Firestick or Roku). The lease is month to month and I would need 30 days notice to vacate. Room dimensions are 12’ x 11’ 4“, Closet 7’ 11“

**Renters insurance is required

My girlfriend and I stay in the master bedroom and we have a mature roommate staying in one of the bedrooms. The last bedroom is at the end of the hall and you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. There are three dogs (see photos; two big and one small). They’re super sweet but can get excited so this roomie must be ok with dogs.
