Room for rent! Great location in Crown Point/Riviera Shores area of Pacific Beach, only a block or so from the boardwalk in any location. Walk on boardwalk along the Bay to the ocean! Unfurnished room but fully furnished common areas. Awesome front living area with firepit and heat lamps. Laundry across the street. Pets welcome (additional $200 deposit). Update Bathroom is in final stages of being fully gutted and remodeled. Will be available by this coming Saturday!
About the roomies
Unit has 4 bedrooms total. I’m on left side and use 1 room as BR and the other as an office. Right side has 2 BRs, one of which is currently occupied the other is the vacant room. We are both very chill. Small get-togethers are okay, but don’t bring the party home.
