Hello!

My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join us at our 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom house in the Outer Sunset. We have been living together for 7 years and our 3rd roommate is leaving to move in with her boyfriend. We are a no drama household- so please don’t bring any with you!

About us:

We are two young professionals in our mid 20’s working in San Francisco. We enjoy staying in on weeknights drinking wine, making dinner, and watching TV. We are active individuals who enjoy working out and having fun on weekends!

We typically work 8-5pm and therefore leave the house every morning around 7:30am or so and come back home around 5-7pm each night.

We are clean individuals and we take turns cleaning the house and buying house supplies.

About the house:

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Therefore, we need to make sure we are polite about bathroom usage in the morning since we all will be getting ready for work.

We have a decent size living room with 3 couches, a dining room table, a TV (no cable, but Netflix and Hulu, HBO Go), rug, coffee table, basically everything we need! We are looking for a new couch to replace one that is not as comfortable so if you have one let us know!

We have a 1 car garage and driveway that holds both of our cars. If you have a car, there is street parking available.

There is an in-law unit below us that has a single mother and her 5 year old daughter living downstairs. They are very nice and we see them occasionally. Our new roommate will need to be polite and friendly to our downstairs neighbors.

We share laundry and trash cans with downstairs and split utilities with them as well. Utilities is not included in the rent.

The house is 1.5 blocks away from the N-Judah line which will take you to downtown San Francisco/Embarcadero/AT&T baseball park.

Ocean beach is 6 blocks away and Golden Gate Park is 1/2 block away. There are some restaurants/liquor stores/groceries available walking distance from us on Judah St.

We will be holding a meet and greet at our house so we can meet you and so you can see the house. We are looking for someone long-term (12 months at least) but the lease will be on a month to month basis. We are looking for someone with similar interests who we can be friends with- we do not want to be the type of people that are just roommates that we will see every once in a while. Guys or gals are welcome.
