Nice size room in a spacious two bedroom apartment. Room is big enough to fit queen size bed and a dresser, whit a space to move around. It has AC installed already.

Apartment has one bathroom with shower/rid and kitchen with counter and cupboards and full stove/oven and refrigerator.

Living room is spacious with 3 windows. Apartment gets a lot of lights throughout the day.

The apartment is furnished except for the room that is for rent.

The neighborhood is nice, typically quite. Close to everything you need, coffee shop, Whole Foods is just 2 blocks away. 2,3 train is two blocks away and 4,5,6 one blocks away. As well as many nice restaurants and gyms.

I’m a 37 years old woman who lives in this apartment for 3 years. I work full time so I’m not home that much. Love going out and also love to have my friends over. I enjoy my alone time too. I’m clean and like apartment to be fairly clean too. I ideally looking for a female roommate in late 20’s/30’s who has similar temperament.

This will be room for rent ideally for long term. First month and security deposit due at moving in ($2600 total). The security deposit is equal to first month rent ($1300). Potential rentals will also need to prove their last three paystubs. Please note that if rental move in the muddy of the month, the first months rent will be $650, but the $1300.00 security deposit is still required.

Hot water, cooking gas and wifi is included in rent . Extra utilities as electricity is not included.
