House is more complete now than shown in pics. I’m looking for a temporary roommate for around 4-6 weeks. House is almost completed being remodeled and then I will move out soon after.

Utilities are included. Hoping for a cool roommate with a job. Must be a respectful and reasonable person who has lived successfully with other people in the past.

I’m a 30 y/o guy. I’ll be working on the house sometimes or playing guitar/bass but I’m usually not a loud person and wear headphones.
