In a quiet neighborhood, close to stores and freeway. Renting 3 rooms out in house all 3 are available for immediate move in. Access to kitchen, washer&Dryer, living room, WiFi and parking space. $850 a month $300 Deposit

It’s just me, my husband and 2 year old son and we are located on the entire other side of house with own restroom so the three rooms and shared restroom is located on opposite side of house with living room and kitchen. We stay to ourselves and work most days.
