Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease (1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment) in Hell’s Kitchen. The apartment is a STEAL for the price and location! The lease ends July 31, 2021, but there is an option for renewal.

• RENT is $1183 a month
• RENOVATED including dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, marble countertops, high-end microwave and oven, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, high ceilings, open floor plan, exposed brick, lots of windows, and natural light in every room!
• CONVENIENTLY an 8 min walk to Central Park, 5 min walk to the trains (B,D,E,A,C,1,Q,N,W,R), 10 min walk to Pier 97 at Hudson River Park
• HEAT and hot water included in the rent! (Only utilities are gas + electricity + wifi, ~50/mo) This is a three-bedroom apartment with a legit common area that will be partially furnished. Females and young professionals/students preferred.
