Mark's room

The room is by the front of the apartment and has a nice sized window looking into the front of the building. The bathroom is only going to be used by you so consider it private but it is in the hallway next to the room.

The kitchen, Living room, and patio are all shared space.

I am also asking for $ security deposit.

I’m a very laid back person and usually keep to myself. This year I’ve been working from home. I spend most of my time when I’m not working gaming, watching shows, etc. I like to have drink but I don’t really party and I also smoke occasionally on the balcony/patio. I keep pretty clean and never let a dish sit in the sink for more than a few hours. I have a cat who mostly keeps to my room but does venture into the shared areas of the apartment.
