We are seeking responsible and respectful residents for a Room with a private bathroom.

The other rooms are rented out to one quiet and respectful tenants.

Rent is $875 per month plus utilities and $875 security deposit, with $875 of deposit to be paid at the signing of the rental agreement.

There is no application fee, but if we and you choose to go forward to the next step, there is a charge for credit and background check, $39.99 for each tenant 18 years and over.

Pets WILL be considered.
