Amenities: In unit washer/dryer, central AC, plenty of parking, full kitchen access, and occasional overnight guests allowed, utilities included, professional cleaning in common areas occasionally.

Requirements: Single occupancy, no excessive overnight guests, no pets, no drugs. There will be a background check and you will need to show proof of employment, no eviction/criminal history, Credit score: 680+. All checks will be done by a third party and I will only be able to see the results of the check and not your private information.
