Northwest Flanders Street

We are four friends looking for the right fit for our fifth room in our NW Portland House.

We live in NW Portland near the Japanese Garden. There are two living rooms and two kitchens in the house. The room is on the second floor, and has its own fireplace as well as a connected shared bathroom. Our neighbor lives on the floor below. Quiet hours are after 10pm on the second floor. There is a second living room on the 3rd floor that is also open to you. 3 rooms on the second floor, 2 on the 3rd. There are 2 cats living here.

We are looking for a March 15th move-in. Rent is $600 a month plus utilities. Security deposit is a one time $600 at move-in. You will have to apply through our Property Management company to be added to the lease. Our lease ends in September 2021 with the option to renew. If it’s not a good fit, you have the option to move out with a 30 day notice and a $75 fee to break the lease.

We like to play board games, have movie nights, cook together and take nature trips. This is a house of creatives and musicians. We jam together in the living room time to time. Our age range averages out from 19 to early thirties. What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with good energy that wants to be friends with their room mates and a part of the house. We all like to enjoy our own time as well, it’s a good balance. Creativity and good jokes are a plus, we’ve got a wild humor dynamic going on here. As of now we are three guys and one girl. We are ideally looking for a girl to balance out the house. But we are open to any person if they are a great fit. We’re a progressive household.
