Steph's room

Home located in a very nice neighborhood off Great Neck rd Virginia Beach. Large room on the opposite end from the other bedrooms. Room is completely furnished with a queen bed, dresser, TV, internet. You have your own full bathroom. It’s a very clean room. You have direct full access to the kitchen and laundry room. Utilities are included.

This room is avail March 1st to the end of July. Lease negotiable. Dog negotiable, no cats. Kids negotiable.

The house consist of mom and dad, year old baby, nine-year-old child, teenager on the weekends, medium size dog. We are down to earth people with a normal lifestyle.

We are looking for a responsible woman, young lady who is not home very much or stays to herself. Absolutely no hard drug use or extreme alcoholic. No boyfriends staying over all the time which is not negotiable. You must be employed or pay three months rent upfront. References checked, we will interview you.
