Available- Large Furnished Room available in Cambridge as of 6/1/20!** Looking for someone to take over a lease (or sublet) in a 4 bed 1 bath apartment in Inman Square of Cambridge. The lease will be available to take over starting June 1st, 2021 and will go to August 31st, 2021 ( with the option to renew). The room that is currently open is fairly large and will be $1175/month and is furnished with a bed, a desk, and a nightstand. *BONUS now there’s a lifting rack + weights in the basement for anyone into lifting! This is a 4 bed, 1 bath apartment that includes a large kitchen and pantry with stainless steel appliances. The living room is similarly large and comes furnished as shown. The current tenants are two males, one female, and a puppy. All are very active between lifting, hiking and skiing and such. We are looking for a roommate who is clean, similarly outgoing, is okay with guests, and is up for weekend fun!
