Large private room available with private sink and walk-in closet. The house has two bathrooms (1 shared shower). Well kept home with lots of natural light throughout the entire space. The kitchen is a bright and open, which connects to the shared living space, with access to the large newly renovated back-deck & yard. The entire home has new appliances (dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer). Worth noting the laundry is conveniently a few steps from the bedrooms. The basement is equipped with a home gym (indoor bike, weights, power tower) and plenty of storage space, which leads into a spacious fenced-in backyard. The house is within walking distance of trails (Niver Creek path)/open space (Niver creek open space) and public transportation (<1 mile from the Thornton Park-N-Ride, <3 miles from Original Thornton & 88th Station). Garage for extra storage and plenty of street parking options. Located just off I-25, so it typically takes only 15 min to get to downtown Denver. Close to several different options for dining and shopping as well. Utilities and wifi are shared.

I’m a 26 year old female (and dog) seeking a clean/respectful roommate with similar interests (6-12 month lease). I’m pretty laid back when it comes to house rules, but I value honest communication when sharing a space: open to compromises. I do have a dog (Husky/Shepherd mix) - he sheds but I will typically vacuum weekly. He’s a rescue, but he gets along with other dogs/people once introduced. Other dogs are welcome! I work pretty long hours, and work from home 3-days during the week. Weekends and primarily spent outside. I’m into the typical Colorado activities: trail running, xc and downhill skiing, yoga, climbing (DBC is just down the road). I also enjoy painting and music!
