Second level room for rent available at an apartment off of College and Sierra! It is a 10 minute walk to UNR and to Rancho San Rafael park. Rent is $600. You would have a walk in closet and your own bathroom ft tub with a shared balcony. Room is not currently empty and is occupied by my roommate. Must be pretty decent with neatness, cleaning after yourself and try to keep common areas tidy. I have a super friendly yet shy black cat who loves to play. He tends to chill out and just mind his own business. A long term roomie is preferred but short term will do as well. I would also prefer a female college aged roommate but I could care less about gender. Bonus pts if you are monotheistic but if faith isn’t your thing I totally respect that and don’t mind at all!

I’m a 20yo neuropsychology fanatic with a full time job at a healthcare facility. Neat roommate who’s very considerate, I have no problem getting along with others and I absolutely looove animals! I have a 2yo black cat who stays in my room much of the time or follows me wherever I go. He’s a VERY friendly, playful and affectionate but shy kitty around newcomers. I’d love for him to have a playmate if possible. I work all day Sun-Tues and will most likely be home on my days off snoozin or watching something if not out and about at the gym or w/ friends. However, I’m more of a night owl and I’ll usually be most active during the evening/late night when I am home on my off days. I am a heavy sleeper who doesnt mind some noise but I will respect your rest of course. 420 friendly asf easygoing ambivert type with a lotta dark humor lmao. I might be kinda reserved til I grow on you but I’d love to form a bond as great roommates.
