The room in this Apt is available again December 1, 2021 for LONG or Short Term Rental (at least 3 months).. Conveniently located and close to Harvard, MIT and Inman Sq! 3-5 minute walk to the Cambridge Main Library. 8-10 minute walk to Harvard/Central Sq. T Stations|Utilities ARE included! This includes, Heat, Electricity, Gas, WiFi. Laundry room on first Floor with a pre-paid Card provided for you upon move-in.

Your FURNISHED Bedroom is Sunny all day and lots of closet/storage space. Comes with a New Full size Bed and Firm Mattress with sheets and pillows and comforter provided. There is a nice desk and ergonomic chair to work on your laptop/computer. All shows, phone calls, emailing/work, music etc.. must be made/watched in your room. 1 shared bathroom. You will have your own “medicine cabinet” for personal use. Shared /Kitchen/Dining Room.

Move in December 1st and flexible thereafter - First and Last month’s rent Deposit to move in. Must give 1 month’s notice before leaving. Absolutely NO extra Pets and NO smoking of any kind, including Pot. No Vaping/edibles. Ideally a Grad/PhD/visiting Scholar/Research/FT job person who is busy with their own life/activities. Whole Foods and many coffee shops are down the street!

Almost forgot to mention that I have 2 friendly female cats who are usually sleeping ;) So, a cat-friendly person would be a plus!

About me: I am in my mid forties. I recently had a housemate who was 22 years my junior and we got along great! I am young at heart. As long as both people communicate respectfully, it will be great to have you move in! Besides that, I am a moderately social person and like my privacy, but like friendly and respectful chit chat with my Housemate in passing. I like to cook simple vegetarian food and clean up well after myself and I expect that from the person sharing the space as well. I like to have a clean and serene environment. I don’t stay up too late, so would want a housemate who is also quiet after 10pm because the 2 bedrooms are next to each other. I teach Yoga classes during the week and on the weekends (right now some are Live Streamed and one in-person)…In the Before times, my classes were dotted around Cambridge/Somerville/Watertown. Some nights I go out, and some nights I am in. If you are looking for a creative/mindful/yoga centered Housemate, you have found the right place - but you don’t have to be into Yoga! Just as long as the space is respectfully shared and kept clean!
