Garrett's room

Located in Anaheim Hills on a hill with a great view and nearby trails. It’s a small non-gated community that is relatively quiet. Great freeway access (Serrano/Imperial/91) and local dining. Private bedroom with sliding door to rear patio. Downstairs bathroom and garage access. Two car attached garage, with two car driveway. Guest parking is also available.

Bedroom is located on first floor. Dimension are 13.3ft x9.10ft. The bedroom will have doors installed upon move in. Laundry located in attached garage.

I work three days a week. My girlfriend works from home and we have three friendly cats. I’m looking for a roomie who is established, responsible, mature, and most of all respectful. We are pretty laid back and like to have a good time. We love hiking, camping, cooking, and mtn biking.
